This program takes place quarterly and is a 12-week program held at the Temple of Hip Hop for 10 carefully selected participants. Each session begins with an hour of boxing, followed by a shared meal and guided group discussion based on the weekly prompt from the Femme X workbook. Join us every Saturday from 9–10:30 AM for an inclusive, all-levels boxing class where beginners and experienced boxers train side by side. Each session includes one-on-one mitt work, movement, and space to release, reflect, and rebuild in a sacred community of women.
